Hikaru Midorikawa (緑川 光, Midorikawa Hikaru) is a Japanese voice who voiced Dio Brando in both the Phantom Blood PS2 Game and the Phantom Blood movie.

In other media, he has voiced many characters such as Android 16 in Dragon Ball Z, Tenshinhan in Dragon Ball Super, numerous characters in the Gundam series, Akihiko Sanada in Persona 3, Marth in the Fire Emblem series, Garo in One Punch Man, and Zora Ideale in Black Clover.

Bibliography

Midorikawa is a graduate of Otawara High School and the Seiji Ozawa Music Academy.[2] He made his debut as a voice actor in the TV anime adaptation of Kiteretsu Daihyakka in 1988, but wasn't officially credited until his role as Naoki Shinjyo in the 1991 series Future GPX Cyber Formula.[3]
